Sweet & Crunchy Chicken Salad

Sweet & Crunchy Chicken Salad
So yummy by itself, served overr a bed of lettuce, in a lettuce taco or stuffed in a bell pepper.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 C Smoked Chicken Breast Chopped
  • 3 Ribs of Celery Diced
  • 1 Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 C Organic Seedless Red Grapes Chopped
  • 1/4 C Diced Onion
  • 1/2 C Helman's Mayo
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix until combined.

  • Unsmoked chicken can be substituted for smoked
  • Makes a great lunch on the go.  Through it all together quickly at a moments notice.  
  • Pecans make a delicious crunchy addition.

As I started reading labels and swapping out processed foods, skincare, and cleaning products for safer, healthier alternatives, I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. It became clear that small, intentional swaps make a big impact—and I want to help you do the same.
