Sweet & Crunchy Chicken Salad
So yummy by itself, served overr a bed of lettuce, in a lettuce taco or stuffed in a bell pepper.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C Smoked Chicken Breast Chopped
- 3 Ribs of Celery Diced
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1/2 C Organic Seedless Red Grapes Chopped
- 1/4 C Diced Onion
- 1/2 C Helman's Mayo
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined.

- Unsmoked chicken can be substituted for smoked
