Bring on the fall flavors with our pumpkin pie dip that will have your friends asking for more.  It is the perfect addition to your fall charcuterie board with gluten-free graham crackers or sliced apples. 

ingredients

  • Pumpkin- be sure to reach for the plain canned pumpkin or thawed and strained fresh pumpkin
  • Instant Pudding- can be used in a pinch or try our homemade version with fewer ingredients and dairy free in the comments.
  • Cocowhip- delicious dairy free option made with coconut
  • Cinnamon Vitality Oil-imparts that unmistakable spicy-sweet cinnamon flavor but also offers health benefits; and supports your immune system and overall wellness.
  • Clove Vitality Oil-
  • Nutmeg Vitality Oil- offers a warm, nutty flavor
  • Ginger Vitality Oil-
How to make this recipe

Gather your ingredients and add everything to a mixing bowl and stir.  

Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients
Directions
Combine coco whip, vanilla pudding, vitality oils and pumpkin together.  Serve with apple slices or gluten-free graham crackers.

Notes
  • Homemade 4 Ingredient Pudding Mix- Sift 1 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup arrowroot powder, 3/4 cup powdered coconut milk and 1 tsp fine sea salt together in a bowl.  Store in an airtight jar.  
  • In this recipe use 3/4 cup of homemade pudding mix instead of the instant vanilla mix.  Skip all the added junk. Plus this one is gluten and dairy free.

I have gluten sensitivity, and several family members also follow a gluten-free diet. But I didn’t want to feel like I was missing out on delicious food or spending hours researching safe products. As I started reading labels and swapping out processed foods, skincare, and cleaning products for safer, healthier alternatives, I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. It became clear that small, intentional swaps make a big impact—and I want to help you do the same.
