ingredients

  • Pumpkin- be sure to reach for the plain canned pumpkin or thawed and strained fresh pumpkin
  • Instant Pudding- can be used in a pinch or try our homemade version with fewer ingredients and dairy free in the comments.
  • Cocowhip- delicious dairy free option made with coconut
  • Cinnamon Vitality Oil
  • Clove Vitality Oil
  • Nutmeg Vitality Oil
  • Ginger Vitality Oil
How to make this recipe

Gather your ingredients and add everything to a mixing bowl and stir.  

Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 C Plain Canned Pumpkin (no added spices)
  • 1 8 oz Container of Cocowhip thawed
  • 1 Packet of Vanilla Instant Pudding (4 ingredient homemade version in the notes)
  • 2 Drops Cinnamon Vitality
  • 2 Drops Clove Vitality
  • 2 Drops Nutmeg Vitality
  • 2 Drops Ginger Vitality
Directions
Combine coco whip, vanilla pudding, vitality oils and pumpkin together.  Serve with apple slices or gluten-free graham crackers.

Notes
  • Homemade 4 Ingredient Pudding Mix- Sift 1 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup arrowroot powder, 3/4 cup powdered coconut milk and 1 tsp fine sea salt together in a bowl.  Store in an airtight jar.  
  • In this recipe use 3/4 cup of homemade pudding mix instead of the instant vanilla mix.  Skip all the added junk. Plus this one is gluten and dairy free.
