- Instant Pudding- can be used in a pinch or try our homemade version with fewer ingredients and dairy free in the comments.
- Cocowhip- delicious dairy free option made with coconut
- Cinnamon Vitality Oil
- Clove Vitality Oil
- Nutmeg Vitality Oil
- Ginger Vitality Oil

Gather your ingredients and add everything to a mixing bowl and stir.
Pumpkin Pie Dip
Ingredients
- 1 C Plain Canned Pumpkin (no added spices)
- 1 8 oz Container of Cocowhip thawed
- 1 Packet of Vanilla Instant Pudding (4 ingredient homemade version in the notes)
- 2 Drops Cinnamon Vitality
- 2 Drops Clove Vitality
- 2 Drops Nutmeg Vitality
- 2 Drops Ginger Vitality
Directions
Combine coco whip, vanilla pudding, vitality oils and pumpkin together. Serve with apple slices or gluten-free graham crackers.
Notes
- Homemade 4 Ingredient Pudding Mix- Sift 1 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup arrowroot powder, 3/4 cup powdered coconut milk and 1 tsp fine sea salt together in a bowl. Store in an airtight jar.
- In this recipe use 3/4 cup of homemade pudding mix instead of the instant vanilla mix. Skip all the added junk. Plus this one is gluten and dairy free.
