Easy Pumpkin Spice Pancakes Gluten-Free 
Get into the fall spirit with these delicious and fluffy pumpkin spice pancakes. Made with wholesome ingredients and a touch of seasonal spices, these pancakes are the perfect breakfast treat for chilly autumn mornings.

Introduce Fall flavors; pumpkin, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger to your pancakes.  Serve these delicious pancakes for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack.  Serve pancakes with maple syrup or make them extra special with hot apples and So Delicious coco-whip, 


Ingredients 

Directions 
1.  Preheat the griddle to 350' or heat the frying pan over medium heat.
2.  Combine maple syrup and vitality essential oils in a medium bowl and stir.
3.  Add pumpkin, almond milk and eggs to maple oil mixture and whisk.
4.  Add dry ingredients to bowl and whisk until well combined.
5.  Brush olive oil onto griddle or frying pan.  
6.  Measure 1/4 Cup of batter and pour onto hot skillett/griddle.
7.  Flip when you see bubbles forming and golden on the bottom.
8.  Finish cooking and serve with maple syrup, So Delicious Cocowhip and a sprinkle of cinnamon.


Notes 
  • Substituting Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup will give your pancakes an extra cinnamon deliciousness to welcome Fall!  
  • 10 drops of Pumpkin Spice Vitality Blend will replace the cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger vitality oils in this recipe.
  • To make the Pumpkin Spice Vitality Blend; combine 12 drops of Cinnamon, 12 drops of Ginger, 12 drops of Nutmeg, and 8 drops of Clove Vitality oils together in a recycled 5 ml oil bottle or small dropper bottle.
