The easiest homemade guacamole ever!  Guacamole goes with everything from chips, tacos, burritos, veggies, gluten-free crackers, and more.

When avocados are in season stock up!  Double or triple the batch and freeze any remaining guacamole.  In a freezer bag add just the amount of guac you will need for your next dip/meal, be sure to get all of the air out of the bag, seal and freeze.  Ready for guacamole pull the bag out and thaw in the refrigerator.  Garnish with tomatoes and green onions just before serving.

Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados cut and pitted
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 c packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • optional 2 drops of Citrus Fresh Vitality (take your guacamole to the next level)
Directions
1. Put everything into a medium size bowl.
2. Use a hand mixer to blend it all together or mash the avocados with a fork for a chuncky feel.  Finely chop cilantro if you mash the avocados.

Notes
For a chunkier guacamole use a potato masher or fork to mash avocado and finely chop the cilantro and onion, then combine the remaining ingredients.
