Easy to make guacamole
The easiest homemade guacamole ever!  My family loves guac with chips, tacos, burritos, veggies, gluten-free crackers and more.

Three reasons to have avocados tonight!
1. Avocados are packed with healthy and monounsaturated fat to keep joints happy.
2. Avocados are high in fiber to keep the digestive tract healthy.
3. Nutrient rich in vitamins C, E, K and B6, and folate. 

Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados cut and pitted 
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 c packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • optional 2 drops of Citrus Fresh Vitality (take your guacamole to the next level)
Directions
1. Put everything into a medium size bowl.  
2. Use a hand mixer to blend it all together.
3. Serve and enjoy with chips or veggies!

Notes
For a chunkier guacamole use a potato masher or fork to mash avocado and finely chop the cilantro and onion, then combine the remaining ingredients.

As I started reading labels and swapping out processed foods, skincare, and cleaning products for safer, healthier alternatives, I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. It became clear that small, intentional swaps make a big impact—and I want to help you do the same.
