Quinoa Lime Salad
The perfect gluten-free salad to make ahead for your next picnic, bbq, taco night, potluck or lunch on the go!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mexican Style Cooked Quinoa
- 2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 cups of frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1 whole green bell pepper, seeded and chopped finely
- Cilantro Lime Dressing
Directionsu
1. Combine all ingredients a medium bowl.
2. Pour Cilantro Lime Dressing over salad,
3. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.l
