mexican style quinoa
Add some spice to your plate with this delicious and healthy Mexican-style quinoa. With tender quinoa, lime, and a variety of flavorful toppings, this dish is the perfect way to enjoy all the flavors of Mexico in a nutritious and filling meal.

Jazz up your quinoa with a Mexican flair.  Make the perfect quinoa every time in the instant pot.


Ingredients 


Directions 
1. Pour 1 cup of dry quinoa into a fine mesh metal strainer
2. Run water over quinoa for several minutes then add to the instant pot.
3.  Pour in lime juice, and water sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of the quinoa, and stir.
4. Secure lid on the instant pot and set to manual for 3 minutes. 
5. Natural release for 10 minutes before removing quinoa from the instant pot.

As I started reading labels and swapping out processed foods, skincare, and cleaning products for safer, healthier alternatives, I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. It became clear that small, intentional swaps make a big impact—and I want to help you do the same.
