homemade GLuten-Free Taco seasoning
Save money and time searching for hidden gluten in store bought seasonings when you make your own controling the ingredients at home.   Never buy taco seasoning again!

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a glass mason jar with lid or spice jar like this
2. Shake jar to mix well before use.
3. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months to 1 year.

Notes:
 Add 2 tbsp of Homemade Taco Seasoning to ground chicken or ground beef on taco night!  I use 2 tbsp of this same seasoning to my chili and my family will never go back to storemade packets again!



homemade GLuten-Free Chili Powder  

With basic spices in your kitchen you can make chili powder in minutes.  Use this homemade gluten-free chili powder for the taco seasoning recipe above and in any other recipes calling for chili powder.  

Most single spices are gluten-free but the spice blends and packets often contain wheat or gluten along with other additional ingredients and chemicals we want to avoid.  Making my chili powder only takes 2 minutes!
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayene (if you want this on the hotter side go with 1 tsp)
Directions:

3. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months to 1 year.

Quinoa Lime Salad 

You can make this salad ahead of time and it will taste delicious leftover too!
