Ingredients
- 1/2 C Berries (Strawberries and Blueberries deepen the red color use fresh or frozen)
- 2 TBSP Dried Hibiscus
- 4 C Water
- 3 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 Drop Spearmint VItality Oil
- Mint Leaves for garnish
Directions
1. Add the berries, dried hibiscus, and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer for about 7 minutes.
2. Using a mesh strainer and funnel carefully pour the tea into a quart mason jar.
3. While the tea is still warm, stir 1 drop of Spearmint Vitality into the maple syrup, then mix it into the tea until combined. Serve warm or chilled over ice and enjoy this refreshing, antioxidant-rich beverage on a hot summer day.
