Our No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Bites are packed with protein, delicious and feel like you are indulging.  They make the perfect snack, breakfast on the go or dessert.

Let's talk about ingredients 
Organic Gluten-Free Oats- the oats give a nice texture to the recipe.

Vanilla Vegan Powermeal- nutrient-dense vegan plant-based protein without the chalky taste.

Homemade Vanilla- easy to make with vodka and vanilla beans.  You control the quality of each ingredient.

Almond Butter- choose an organic almond butter with almonds and skip the salt, sugar, and oils.

Raw Honey- is used as a natural sweetener packed with antioxidants along with vitamins and minerals.

Cinnamon Vitality Oil- brings a warm and spicy flavor. Contains antioxidants and may support a healthy immune system too!

Maldon Flake Salt- flake salt compliments the chocolate and other flavors beautifully while bringing an added texture.

Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips- are free of 14 common allergens including dairy and gluten without sacrificing the delicious chocolate taste.

how to make this recipe

You can make this recipe in minutes with a mixing bowl, spoon, cookie scoop, and a serving plate. Just stir and scoop. No baking is required.




Chocolate Chip Protein Bites- No Bake

Ingredients 

Instructions
  • Add cinnamon vitality to the honey and stir into a bowl. Then add the oats, almond butter, Vegan Power meal, vanilla (if you are using) and chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Scoop dough and roll into balls between your hands. 
  • Place on a serving plate or glass baking dish and sprinkle with Maldon Flake Salt.  Store in the refrigerator with a lid until they are ready to be served.
Notes
  • Remember, not all essential oils are created equal, and safe ingestion is key. Learn more about the oils I use.
