Our Maple Spiced Nut Bars - are a delightful gluten-free and dairy-free snack that will surely satisfy your cravings for a perfect balance of crunchy, salty, sweet, and a touch of autumn flavors. Indulge in the goodness of carefully selected nuts harmonized with the warm essence of maple and a hint of fall spices.
Ingredients
- 1 C Almonds Lightly Salted
- 1/2 C Sprouted Pepitas or Sunflower Kernels
- 1 C Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Maple Syrup
- 2 Drops Cinnamon Vitality Oil
- 2 Drops Nutmeg Vitality Oil
Directions
- Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven 325'
- Combine almonds, sunflower kernels, salt and coconut flakes.
- Next add cinnamon vitality oil and nutmeg vitality to the maple syrup and stir.
- Then add the maple syrup combo into the dry mix until incorporated.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Slice into bars.
- Enjoy!

Use your favorite nuts to replace almonds to change things up.
I use sprouted pepitas or sunflower kernels whichever I have on hand.
