sweet & tangy Fall off the bone ribs
Making ribs that are so juicy and delish that they fall off the bone is as easy as 1,2,3! Use the 3,2,1, method to smoke the most mouthwatering ribs ever!
Ingredients
- Ribs
- Bad Byron's Butt Rubb Barbque Seasoning
- MY Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce or your favorite gluten free bbq sauce
Instructions
1. Get your smoker ready and turn the temperature to 225'
2. Remove the backing of the ribs with a sharp knife. This will take a few extra minutes, but it is totally worth it!
3. Season ribs liberally on both sides with Bad Byron's Butt Rubb barbque seasoning.
4. Place ribs directly on the rack and Smoke for 3 hours. Don't wrap them!
5. Remove ribs from the rack. Create a pouch for each rack of ribs. Seal three sides of each pouch with ribs in it. Tip the pouch to pour 1/8 cup of organic apple juice in each rack of ribs and seal foil up. Place back in the smoker and smoke sealed for 2 hours.
6. Remove the ribs carefully from packet as juice is hot. Now Baste ribs with My Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce or use your favorite barbque sauce. Place ribs in the smoker one more time and smoke 1 hour.
Place ribs on the rack in the smoker. Smoke 1 hour. Enjoy!
