The rich and intense flavor of cacao powder, derived from the cacao bean, is the secret ingredient that takes our brownies to the next level. Besides its delectable taste, cacao powder also offers a wealth of health benefits. It is packed with powerful antioxidants, which help protect the body against oxidative stress and inflammation. Additionally, cacao powder is a natural mood booster, as it contains compounds like serotonin and phenylethylamine that promote feelings of happiness and well-being. Moreover, it's a fantastic source of minerals, such as iron, magnesium, and zinc, contributing to optimal bodily functions.















Cinnamon Infused Almond Flour brownies

Ingredients 
  • 2/3 Cup Melted Dairy Free butter
  • 3 Drops Cinnamon Vitality 
  • 1 tsp Homemade Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons of Sugar in the Raw
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  • optional pinch of Flake Salt

Instructions
1.  Preheat the oven to 350*.
2.  Line 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.  Use chip clips to keep the paper in place while filling the dish.
3.  In a glass measuring cup melt dairy-free butter alternative in the microwave for about 30-35 seconds. 
4. In a large mixing bowl stir together melted dairy-free butter alternative and cinnamon vitality essential oil. Infusing your butter will make for an even distribution of yummy flavor throughout the brownies.
5.  Add vanilla, sugars, and eggs and stir to combine.
6.  Next add cacao powder and almond flour and mix well.
7. Pour the batter into the baking dish.  Top with chocolate chips and a pinch of flake salt. The flake salt brings out more of the chocolate flavor.
8. Bake for 25 minutes.  The toothpick should come out almost clean.  
9. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares and serve. Enjoy the rich and decadent flavors of these cinnamon-infused chocolate brownies.
11. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
