White Rice Flour- is versatile for many recipes thanks to its mild flavor and light cushiony texture in baked goods.

Sweet Rice Flour- make all kinds of beautifully textured treats, perfect for thickening sauces 

Tapioca Flour- is from the cassava root with the protein removed leaving the starch and is often listed as Tapioca Starch depending on the brand you purchase.

Arrowroot Flour- is a starch that is also listed as Arrowroot Starch or Arrowroot Powder used in savory or sweet dishes.

Guar Gum- comes from guar beans that are gluten-free and used as a binder to help maintain a uniform texture in your baked goods. You can use it to thicken ice cream too!

What can I make with Jenn's 1-to-1 gluten-free all-purpose blend?





Jenn's Gluten-Free 1 to 1 All-Purpose Flour 

Ingredients 
  • 2 Cups White Rice Flour
  • 2 Cups Sweet Rice Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Tapioca
  • 1 1/3 Cup Arrowroot Starch
  • 2 tsp Guar Gum

Instructions
1. Measure out the ingredients into a large bowl or jar.
2. Whisk ingredients in a bowl. 
3. Using a funnel pour flour blend into a 1 L Fido jar or half-gallon mason jar. Store in a cool dry place.
4. In recipes calling for flour replace with Jenn's 1:1 Gluten-Free.


Notes
  • Xantham Gum is a corn-derived ingredient that can be substituted for the Guar Gum.
  • Jenn's 1 to 1 All-Purpose Gluten-Free easily replaces 1 cup of flour in most recipes.
