Cinnamon roasted pecan recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Pecan Halves
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Cinnamon Sugar divided see note to make the sugar.
- Salt to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Line a medium baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Add pecans, water, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar mixture to the baking dish.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Bake 8 minutes. Stir and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.
6. Bake 8 more minutes.
7. Stir nuts and add 1 tablespoon more of cinnamon sugar if desired and salt to taste.
8. Let cool on the parchment-lined dish.
